The Norwegian Royal Guard made the knights in penguin Nils Olaf III (Nils Olav III), a resident of Edinburgh Zoo. In 2005, Penguin had received a royal honorary rank of colonel Guard, as he has several medals for good conduct and long service life.
 Dedication ceremony was held in Edinburgh, and started with a loud speeches and fanfare. Penguin Nils Olav III toured the building and check the status of forces uniforms Norwegian Guard soldiers, arrived in Edinburgh to attend the ceremony. In knights Niels fired a British Major General Loudon Eun (Euan Loudon) the name of the King of Norway Harald V (Harald V). Eun Loudon solemnly laid royal sword for both black and white shoulder Niels, and hang a sign on his fin Military Honour.      The current Penguin, the second of its kind, which bears the name of Nils Olaf.
