 The renowned Swiss watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre has designed the perfect Bond watch for the owners of the Aston-Martin DBS, which besides keeping its basic function of tracking time can also control access to your luxury car. The AMVOX2 DBS Transponder watch has been designed as a technological partner for the V12-powered DBS. The watchmaker upstaged all the advances with this unique timepiece, which is a fusion of traditional watchmaking expertise and high-tech engineering. The chronograph integrates the transponder circuit into its body, serving to lock and unlock the luxury sports car, while maintaining the functions of its famous vertical-trigger mechanism. As the driver nears the car, all he needs to do is press the OPEN position on the watch glass (between 8 and 9 o’clock) in order to activate the door-opening system, whereas doing the same thing on the CLOSE position between 3 and 4 o’clock will close the vehicle. |
