No Blade of Grass (1970)

Dianne Hull in the movie The Fifth Floor-1978

A young woman collapses on the disco dance floor of what's revealed to be strychnine poisoning. Assuming that this is an attempt at suicide, her boyfriend and doctor have her committed to the Fifth Floor, an asylum with obviously crazy inmates and a predatory orderly. The problem is, she's still sane!…
Dianne Hull is hot in this film, and shows plenty of skin in this scene.
Although this is only the attempted part of the rape, we get plenty of struggling, whilst she is being drugged and held underwater.
Eventually she is passed out and the nasty man grabs her tit and gives her a kiss, then lifts her out of the bath.
