it ask for link cc when i try to donate using my unverified paypal. dadesiforum has paypal setup like this not accepting payment from unverified?

PayPal has its own rules when accepting payments. It does not accept payments from unverified cards from "certain" countries... I dont know the complete list but countries like Afghanistan, Ethiopia, etc are certainly not allowed unless verified.
